Trey Songz Moves Next Door to Ne-Yo, Rents $35,000 a Month Mansion [Photos]

Trey Songz has a new home in Hollywood.

Starting April 1st, Trey Songz will be moving into this 13,000 sq. ft. mansion next door to Ne-Yo. The home is complete with a gym, movie theater, elevator, 12 bathrooms and a rooftop pool.
