Saint Beyoncé strikes again.

While responding to a fan trying to come for her family on Instagram, Tina Knowles-Lawson revealed that daughter Beyoncé quietly paid for an entire wing of a hospital so that those who need access to COVID-19 treatment and resources could get them.
