“It’s disheartening to see my estranged husband make choices that have led to this outcome. At this moment my priority is moving forward with my family. ” The Real Housewives of Atlanta star wrote. A rep for Williams did not immediately get back to PEOPLE.

His deportation comes amid President Donald Trump’s mass deportation plan.

In February 2024, however, Guobadia celebrated how long he’s been in America, writing on Instagram, “Happy Tuesday to all who ever overcame and persevered in life. You are winning #42yearsLivinginAmerica.”

Williams filed for divorce from Guobadia that same month after nearly 15 months of marriage. The two married in November 2022.

Since then, the two have been in an ongoing legal battle. In September, Williams scored a legal victory when a judge ruled in her favor regarding the former couple’s prenuptial agreement.

In November, court documents obtained by PEOPLE then showed that Williams had been granted temporary sole possession of their marital residence and given her the “unrestricted right to film and produce television, film or social media” in the home.

While speaking about her legal victories to PEOPLE that same month, Williams said, “God is good.”

“You know, Jesus Christ, my Lord and Savior, has never let me down. And at the end of the day, you know, people are gonna take their shots, people are gonna try to speak on your future and what it is but it’s already written, baby,” she continued. “You can’t mess that up. It is what it is.”

“You just gotta stay strong and just know that the next day can be better than your current day,” said Williams.
