Mariah Carey took the stage at the 2013 Black Girls Rock! event to honor the legendary Patti LaBelle with the evening’s Living Legend award.
Never one for subtlety, Mariah dazzled in a midriff bearing ensemble consisting of a black crop top and long skirt complete with gold accents.
